DAYTON and CINCINNATI, Ohio, Sept. 18, 2017 — Brixey & Meyer Capital (collectively with its affiliated entities, “BMC”) announced today it has acquired 3 Sigma (or the “Company”).  Since 1980, 3 Sigma has been a specialty provider of adhesive coated materials to converters and manufacturers around the world.   3 Sigma utilizes its deep application experience and expertise in the chemistry of adhesive technology to serve the automotive, food, consumer products, medical and marketing industries.   3 Sigma’s technologies can be found in coated materials used in applications such as press and seal consumer packaging, security labels, construction tapes, brake pads and many other highly engineered applications.

DAYTON, Ohio and CINCINNATI, Aug. 26, 2016 – Brixey & Meyer Capital (collectively with its affiliated entities, “BMC”) announced today it has acquired Stillwater Technologies (“Stillwater”). Stillwater is a leading supplier of precision machining and resistance welding solutions to the communications, aerospace, defense, automotive and energy sectors. Stillwater was purchased from Bill and Wanda Lukens.

Final Closing of BMC Growth Fund

DAYTON, Ohio and CINCINNATI, Aug. 16, 2016 – Brixey & Meyer Capital (“BMC”) announced today it has held its final closing of the BMC Growth Fund, LLC.  This final closing held on July 18, 2016 resulted in total commitments of approximately $18.0 million.  The fund’s investors are made up of successful entrepreneurs and private investors predominately from Southwest Ohio.

The fund was launched in November 2015 in conjunction with the first acquisition of the fund, Clinical Research Solutions.  Clinical Research Solutions (“CRS”) is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio with locations throughout Ohio and Tennessee.  CRS performs phase I to IV clinical trials for large and small pharmaceutical companies across the world.
